McDougalls Classic Pancake Mix - 192g

With McDougalls Classic Pancake Mix, you can easily make delicious and fluffy classic pancakes. This mix is simple to use; just add an egg and water for scrumptious pancakes. Makes 12 pancakes and is suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients:

• Wheat Flour (with Added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)
• Sugar
• Skimmed Milk Powder
• Raising Agent (Baking Soda)
• Salt

Preparation and Usage:

For 12 Classic Pancakes:

1. Whisk together 1 large egg and 420ml water in a bowl.
2. Add 192g McDougalls Classic Pancake Mix and whisk until smooth.
3. Lightly oil a medium-sized frying pan and heat until very hot.
4. Pour in enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat until golden brown on the underside.
6. Turn over and cook the other side for a further minute.

Pile the cooked pancakes on top of each other and serve with lemon and sugar or syrup. Try topped with melted chocolate, strawberries, and whipped cream.
