Kohinoor Diamond XXL Basmati Rice - 10kg

Kohinoor Diamond offers wonderfully fluffy XXL grains that lengthen up to 2.5x post-cooking, making it ideal for a variety of dishes.
Preparation and Usage:
- Allow 60g of uncooked rice per person and rinse well in running water. Soak for 30 minutes.
- Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
- Strain the soaked rice and add it to the boiling water. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain the water. Add the cooked rice back into the pan, cover, and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Fluff grains with a fork and serve.
