Khatta Dhokla or White Dhokla, is one of the most loved Gujarati snacks. A healthy dal cake made with a batter of rice and dals like urad and channa, fermented and finally steamed. Tempered with mustard seeds and coriander leaves, served along side with green or tamarind chutney.
