Haldiram's Khaman Dhokla is a vegetarian food item which basically originates from the Indian state of Gujarat. Dhokla is made from a fermented batter derived from rice and split chickpeas. Dhokla chat is basically made from soft, fluffy, steamed chick pea cakes seasoned with mustard and coconut.
