Timtom Rajapuri Tukda in Brine has been a quietly kept secret...until now! The Rajapuri mango is a large juicy fruit, with a strong floral aroma and a lightly coloured texture. The soft flesh is sweet and can be eaten raw at the table or used for cooking. It's a seasonal mango, available from March to July. We carefully cut the fruit into whole chunks and then bottle it in brine to preserve all the natural flavour of the mangoes. This is a sought after delicacy from a prized region in India.
