Chundo pickle is a Gujarati preparation, mostly made out of grated ripe mangoes and is used as a sweet pickle accompaniment to main meals consisting of Roti, Sabzi or any other food items you may care to have it with. It is a generic preparation method that be adapted to other fruits and vegetables. Chundo Pickle is particularly a Kathiawadi delight but is consumed right across Gujarat.
