Ramdev Jaljira Masala - 100g
Jaljira masala, also known as jaljira powder, is used as an appetizer or in panipuri. Use it to add a street-like authentic flavor to your pani-puris or your welcome drinks.
Ingredients:
- Iodised Salt
- Dry Mango
- Cumin
- Black Salt
- Black Pepper
- Mint Leaves
- Dry Ginger
- Acidity Regulator (INS 330)
- Chillies
- Compounded Asafoetida
Recipe:
Add 1 tablespoon of Ramdev Jaljira Masala and fresh lemon juice (as per taste) into a glass of chilled water and mix it thoroughly. Garnish it with mint leaves, namkeen boondi, lemon slices, and serve.
Add 1 tablespoon of Ramdev Jaljira Masala into soda water with lemon juice to prepare Kashmiri soda.
Ramdev Jaljira Masala also makes fresh juice, dahiwada, raita, dahi-bhalla, chaat papdi, etc., tastier.
